Hyundai has unveiled the new i20 Sport at the ongoing Indonesian Motor Show in Jakarta. The 2017 Hyundai i20 Sport (not to be confused with the i20 Sportz) gets the same 1.4-litre petrol motor as the standard car, which is good for 83hp and 114Nm of torque. The i20 Sport comes with a standard body kit that includes front and rear bumper extensions and side skirts. It also gets new 16-inch alloy wheels finished in contrast black shade. It also gets LED daytime running lamps and red accents on the exterior. On the inside, it gets an 8.0-inch AVN system along with steering mounted audio controls as standard.

While there is no news of the Hyundai i20 Sport coming to our shores anytime soon, the carmaker has begun testing the heavily updated i20 in India which is likely to be unveiled in the coming months.  Internationally, the i20 will see a performance variant soon which will be sold under Hyundai’s new N performance brand.
