Skoda extends 24x7 Roadside Assistance program

    The Roadside Assistance program, effective for two years, will now also benefit customers who were not covered earlier.

    Skoda extends 24x7 Roadside Assistance program

    Skoda has announced that starting today, August 1, its 24x7 Roadside Assistance program (RSA),  earlier provided only to new Skoda owners, has been extended to customers across its entire model range. The service will be effective for a phase of two years and will benefit Skoda owners who were not covered earlier. It will also be available to customers who want to extend their coverage of this service.

    Under this program, Skoda owners, in case of a car breakdown, can avail of assistance from any location in India. The two-year RSA program for vehicles less than 5 years old costs Rs 3,233, and Rs 4,233 for vehicles older than 5 years, and can be bought from authorised Skoda dealerships across the country.

    The RSA includes breakdown support on phone, on-site minor repair, battery jump start, fuel delivery, tyre replacement, replacement of keys (in case of loss), towing/transportation, taxi service and emergency message relay.
