Nissan strengthens service reach with MyTVS partnership

Nissan has entered into a strategic partnership with MyTVS, a brand owned by TVS Automobile Solutions Private Limited (TVS ASPL). In partnership with MyTVS, the carmaker will launch eight Nissan Authorised Service Points (NASP) in Tamil Nadu, in addition to its own dealer network of 23 outlets, to strengthen its service reach to customers.

The services offered by the NASP include the access to genuine parts, consumable service parts replacement (such as oil filters and brake pads), and trained staff providing expert solutions. Nissan and MyTVS are also planning to further expand these service points to other locations throughout India.

Speaking about the new partnership, president of Nissan India Operations, Guillaume Sicard said: “Increased options and more convenient access to car servicing makes our customers happier. We are always striving to enhance the pleasure of owning a Nissan or Datsun car in India. Our partnership with MyTVS shows Nissan’s unwavering commitment to improving convenience and satisfaction for our customers.”

Nissan is aiming to double its sales and service reach by 2017 with a total presence of 300 dealers in the country.
