New management takes over Porsche Centre in Mumbai

Jubilant Performance Cars Pvt. Ltd, a subsidiary of Jubilant Motor Works Pvt. Ltd, has been appointed as the official dealer for Porsche in Mumbai. The company takes over the operations of the Porsche Centre Mumbai with immediate effect and will also provide after-sales services.

In the June issue of Autocar, we had mentioned in the Confidential section that Porsche’s Mumbai dealerships had been sold by the cash-strapped Aadya Motors to the Jubilant Group. Now Jubilant Performance Cars has confirmed this news and will continue to provide sales and after-sales services from the Porsche Centre Mumbai showroom in Prabhadevi and the Porsche service centre in Sewri.

Speaking on the occasion, Anil Reddi, Director, Porsche India, said, “We are pleased to be associated with the highly respected Jubilant Bhartia Group. I am confident that Porsche customers and enthusiasts in the region will benefit from their professionalism and proven track record. With this partnership, we aim to offer our customers an unparalleled purchase and ownership experience.”

The new dealers will continue to service and sell all the existing models in the Indian market, which include the iconic 911, the Boxster, the Cayman, the Panamera four-door sports sedan and the Macan and Cayenne SUVs.
