    Honda CR-V gets more equipment

Honda has rolled out some minor updates for the top-of-the-line CR-V in India. Bear in mind that this is not a facelift; it’s just a few equipment and feature additions to the top-spec CR-V 2.4-litre AT (AWD).

Additions include keyless entry with engine start-stop button, a new entertainment system with seven-inch touchscreen, six speakers, voice-recognition, Bluetooth and HDMI Video compatibility. However, it does not get the navigation feature. It also gets a tonneau cover (standard across the range), multi-angle view for the reversing camera, and auto-dimming function for the rear view mirror.

Mechanically unchanged, the CR-V 2.4-litre AT gets powered by the 187bhp 2.4-litre four-cylinder i-VTEC engine. The motor is mated to a five-speed automatic gearbox which sends power to all four wheels of the SUV. The CR-V 2.4 AT is priced at Rs 25.09 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
