    First Choice expands into servicing

    Mahindra First Choice will soon expand into the aftermarket maintenance sector with its First Choice Services. The multi brand service outlet chain will provide maintenance and servicing options to owners outside company authorised service centres and other local garages.

    As of now, there are 10 First Choice Services outlets. And according to Rajeev Dubey, president after-market & member of the group executive board, M&M, this number is expected to grow to 375 outlets in the next three years. The expansion of the service arm will start from 2013. As of now, there are 161 outlets of the First Choice Wheels, and this number is expected to reach 500 in the same period. The expansion plans also include entering into the tier-2 towns and cities.

    Mahindra First Choice also inaugurated its 26th and one of the largest dealership in the NCR region in Delhi, taking the overall toll to 161 First Choice outlets. The new showroom has a display capacity of more than 50 cars and will offer a range of services for customers including purchase and sale of pre-owned cars, car finance and insurance, and car accessories as well.
