The Ducati Scrambler has been voted the most beautiful bike at the recently concluded 2014 EICMA show. A poll which is organised every year by the Italian magazine ‘Motociclismo’, saw 43 percent of over 10,000 fans who participated this year, vote for the classic Italian motorcycle.

The survey for the most beautiful bike is conducted via a visitor’s form at the venue or online. The Scrambler came on top of all the other bikes in both the online and offline polling. The next best choice, the MV Agusta Brutale RR Dragster, received only one-third the number of votes received by Scrambler.

This newest Scrambler offers tribute to the classic Scrambler design of the ‘60s and ‘70s. It’s powered by a 803cc, oil-cooled, L-twin engine which puts out 75bhp and 6.8kg of torque.

Other bikes that got attention from the voters included the Yamaha YZF-R1, the Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory 1100 and the BMW S1000 XR.
