Honda has added a touchscreen infotainment system to the BR-V’s top-spec VX trim. The AVN unit with Digipad is the same as that on the City and the WR-V. It consists of a 3D navigation system with 1.5GB memory, mirror link support for smartphones, voice command feature, Bluetooth, AM/FM, MP3 and two USB slots as well as an HDMI-in port. Honda has also added rear parking sensors for S and higher trims of the BR-V.
The updated BR-V VX MT is priced at Rs 12.27 lakh for the petrol variant while the BR-V VX MT diesel costs Rs 13.22 lakh (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi). Honda is not offering this system on the petrol CVT version of the BR-V. The Honda BR-V takes on the likes of the Hyundai Creta and the Maruti S-Cross, and is the only model in its segment to offer three-row seating.
The Honda BR-V is powered by a 1.5-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre hp diesel. Honda offers three years with unlimited kilometre warranty on the BR-V in India.
