It is horsepower galore at the 10th anniversary of the Autocar Performance Show! Needless to say, there are all the bhp monsters that you could feast your eyes on. But how about some affordable grunt?

With the launch of Fiat's Abarth-treated Punto Evo and Avventura, India now has two genuine hot hatches, and affordable ones at that. Both cars, the Abarth Punto Evo and the Avventura powered by Abarth, make their presence felt with their red and yellow Scorpion Badges at the MMRDA Grounds in BKC, the venue for the Autocar Performance Show 2015.

The two Italians had already ticked all the right boxes in the looks department. Now, they also have the pulling power to go with it. Both cars complete the 0-100 kph dash in under ten seconds, thanks to a 1.4-litre T-Jet petrol motor, which produces 145bhp on the Abarth Punto Evo and a not-so-sedate 140bhp on the Avventura powered by Abarth.

But these are just two of the cars you'll see. A cornucopia of everything on wheels awaits you at APS 2015.
