2017 Audi Mobile Terminal tour targets 40 cities

Audi India has announced the roll-out of the Audi Mobile Terminal tour for 2017. It is designed as a fully functional mobile showroom complete with a car on display, Audi accessories, Audi collection and an Audi lounge.

Introduced in 2015 as a customer-focused initiative, the Audi Mobile Terminal, based on the Audi Terminal concept, provides complete Audi experience to customers – be it in a metropolis or a non-metro.

Beginning its 2017 season, the Audi Mobile Terminal will visit 40 cities with the first showcase to be held at Meerut from April 22-23.

The exercise is also an effort to draw more customers from Tier-II cities where sales of premium and luxury cars have been growing.

“Customers in non-metro cities reflect similar luxury aspirations as any customer in Mumbai or Delhi. While technology has been the enabler in information accessibility, the dynamism of entrepreneurs and professionals from these regions who aspire to own luxury cars like Audi is vital for us. The Audi Mobile Terminal has been especially designed to fulfil their needs. It takes the Audi brand right to their doorstep as we understand that these customers deserve luxury wherever they are,” said Rahil Ansari, head, Audi India.

Besides displaying the Audi range of products, Audi collection and accessories, the Audi Mobile Terminal concept serves as a hub for conducting test drives and enables customers and prospects to connect with authorised dealers for enquiries, new bookings and aftersales support from within the Audi lounge.

Convenient to set up and easily movable across locations, the Audi Mobile Terminal will be showcased to customers over two days in each targeted city in association with the Audi dealer partners. Over 6,000 customers visited the Audi Mobile Terminal in 2015 and 2016.
