Between the Triumph Bonneville and the Bonneville T100 which one has better ergonomics and ride quality?

I am confused between a Triumph Bonneville and the Bonneville T100. Please suggest which is better in terms of the powerplant, ergonomics and ride quality? Please help me decide which one is low on maintenance and will provide me good resale value.
