I’m considering buying the new TVS Apache RTR, but is there something else that offers better mileage.

I’m considering buying the new TVS Apache RTR to ride to office every day. It’s going to cost me Rs 84,000. I wanted your opinion on whether the bike will be a good buy, or should I consider something else which offers better mileage too?
