Pulsars get new colour scheme

Bajaj launches new metallic orange colour scheme for its Pulsar brand.

Bajaj Auto has added a new color scheme to its Pulsar range of motorcycles. A flamboyant metallic orange shade will be exclusively available on the Pulsar 180, 220 and 220F variants. The launch of the new colour scheme comes on the back of strong sales performance of Pulsar brand.

The tank, front fairing and the rear panels come in metallic orange colour while the front mud guard and side panels are black. There are no mechanical changes made to the Pulsar 180, 220 DTS-i and 220F and they continue to be powered through their respective engine options. Speaking on the occasion, S Sridhar, president Motorcycle Business, Bajaj Auto said, “To add more zest to the Pulsar, we have introduced a new two tone orange color that is definitely going to make heads turn. The color is specifically for the young Pulsar lovers and shows a good spectrum from a fresh yellowish orange in the sunlight to a deep, reddish orange in the shade adds a fresh new perspective to the bike.”

Prices for the new Pulsar variants remain unchanged and the 180cc variant retails at Rs 74,300, the naked 220 DTS-i is priced at Rs 80,900 and the top end Pulsar 220F variant costs Rs 84,300 (prices, on-road Mumbai).
